B. Install Easy Latch onto the wall using 2 screws. Do not fully tighten screws until the bottom hinges of the feeder have been secured into the wall.
Please make sure that you are securing the HayPal latches into a solid backing surface. If a stud, or other 1 1/2” thick wall board is not available, please contact us to order some wall anchors. Anchors are recommended for plywood.
Installing Easy Latch
A. If you are installing Easy Latch to use with a HayPal Drop Down Feeder, place the feeder into the latch as shown. Hold the latch and feeder up to the mounting spot to confirm that, when mounted to the wall, the bottom of the empty hay net will remain minimum 6” off the ground.
